Booking terms

These terms apply to excursion requests and confirmed bookings made directly with LoaTours.
Request and confirmation
Sending a form or WhatsApp message does not create a confirmed booking. LoaTours first verifies the ship schedule, vehicle, guide and attraction availability. LoaTours then issues an offer with the agreed price and conditions. New reservations are confirmed after the required deposit or full payment is received. Previously agreed reservations retain their written conditions.
Price and inclusions
The tour page shows an estimated starting price per person. The written confirmation states the final price, minimum group size and exactly what is included. An attraction-pay-on-arrival option is available only when it appears in the written quote; entrance availability cannot be held without supplier confirmation.
Payment
Pay in USD through your private reservation link after availability is confirmed. Choose a 20% deposit or full payment; the balance is due 7 days before the tour. Bookings within 7 days require full payment. Previously agreed reservation conditions remain unchanged.
Ship does not dock
If the cruise ship does not dock at the booked port, LoaTours refunds all amounts paid for the excursion. Schedule changes should be reported as soon as possible so pickup can be adjusted.
Guest cancellation
After availability is verified, pay a 20% deposit or the full total. The balance is due 7 days before the tour; bookings within 7 days require full payment. Guest cancellation at least 7 days before the tour: full refund. Less than 7 days or no-show: no ordinary refund, subject to applicable rights. Full refund if the ship does not dock at the booked port, or LoaTours cancels and no alternative is accepted. Any special conditions appear in this offer before payment. Previously agreed reservation conditions remain unchanged.
Itinerary and wildlife
Times and stop order may change for traffic, weather, safety, supplier operations or ship schedules. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. LoaTours may replace a stop with a comparable option when required for safe, timely operation.
Guest responsibility
Guests must provide accurate ship, mobility, age and health information and follow safety instructions. Minors must travel with a responsible adult.
